Dyad theme how to add views to header

  • Unknown's avatar

Can anyone pls tell me if I can insert the widget that shows how many views my blog has had, to be on the same line as my pages as displayed on front page? Dyad doesn’t have a sidebar and normally widgets only display at bottom, so people can’t easily see how many views blog has had. Thank you.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there! You can add the Blog Stats widget anywhere widgets are allowed on your theme. For Dyad, the widget areas are in the footer, so it would have to go there.

If you would like readers to get to the widget area to see it more quickly, you may want to consider displaying fewer posts per page. (Your site is currently set to 60.) You can adjust that from /wp-admin (canningaccountability.wordpress.com/wp-admin) under Settings > Reading.

Let me know if you have any questions! :)
