Dyad Theme – Read More Button

  Hi!
  I need help for the ” read more button” on Dyad theme. I can’t see it in my homepage…how can i do?

  Hi there,

  The Read More button will automatically appear alongside posts that consist of 55 words or more. Posts with less than 55 words could be read in their entirety from the home page, so a Read More button is not required.

  As all of your posts are currently less than 55 words, a button does not appear. You can get the button to appear by adding more words.

  Hi am having the same issue especially on my About Page which definitely has more than 55 words but still no read more even after following the instructions in your help section…please advise

  Hi @turhaansamodien,

  The Read More button will only appear alongside posts on your site’s blog page. It won’t appear on pages. (If you’re unsure of the differences between posts vs. pages then this guide provides a good overview.)

  To set a blog page, first navigate to the Static Front Page panel of the WordPress.com Customizer and then choose any page from the “posts page” dropdown menu. Please note that any content on the page you select will be replaced with a listing of your latest posts. It’s therefore recommended that you publish a new page entitled “Blog” or similar.
