dyad2 theme block editor
-
Dear Support team, I used to be able to add, edit and remove links. I do not seem to have that option anymore. I still show the old link but somehow when I click on the block all those option to edit it have disappeared including the hyperlinks. All I see is the right-hand side panel to edit colour etc. I have tried to click on the pencil icon to edit but even that does not do anything. I look forward to hearing from you very soon. Thank you. Annalisa

Hi Annalisa, would you send a link to the post or page you’re trying to edit? We’ll take a look.

Hello Supernova,
Here is the link you have requested, but please note it is true for all the other pages. I do not seem to be able to edit any block in any way. Did something change?

Thank you.

Hello Fresatomica,
I no longer see that menu. This being said, I am still able to add text but that is it.
I am using Explorer Microsoft Edge 2019, the same as I have been using to build the website.
When I log on from Chrome on a different device, the menu is there. Also, I have started to see messages on the pages that were never there before:
“the backup of this post in your browser is different from the version below. Restore the backup”.
“AMP cannot be enabled because this post type does not support it”
Thank you for your help.
Annalisa

Do you have any active extensions on your browser?
Also, could you please go to this site and check if your browser is up to date? https://www.whatismybrowser.com/If it isn’t, please update it and check if the issue persists. Let us know how it went.
As for the messages you see, these have nothing to do with the problems you’re having. The backup message will appear if the post was modified without saving the changes – I might have triggered that one when I opened your post to test it. You can just disregard the message.
The AMP version of your site is what will appear on mobiles if someone opens your site straight from Google results. It’s not always possible as it would mean changing your site’s appearance completely. Here’s more information: https://en.support.wordpress.com/amp-accelerated-mobile-pages/
