Dymanic Blogroll Widget?

    Hi everyone! I would really appreciate your help/knowledge with this question.

    What I am seeking is a turnkey widget that allows folks to dynamically create and update a blogroll, share that blogroll with
    others and enable others to embed the blogroll on their site.

    Do you know of anything like this? I have done extensive google searching and have come up dry. Is there a way to manipulate the wordpress blogroll tool to do anything like this?

    All comments, suggestions, and help are very appreciated!
