  We want to setup a website with a big, constantly changing, dynamic banner in the homepage like this:

  http://www.htc.com/tw/
  or
  http://www.language-center.com.tw/

  Is it possible to set up a similar page like those listed above in WordPress.com?
  We can pay it if there is any module available.
