Dynamic Widgets

  There are a few bits of dynamic content it would be great to include on one’s blog. But they require bits of javascript, and even if it were allowed, we only have the one text widget.

  So I think a few dynamic widgets (technorati, etc) would be a fantastic addition to wordpress.com.
  Specially, I’d like to see a widget for Amnesty International’s Irrepressible. I am a web developer by trade, and I would be more than happy to help with such an effort.

  You can make more text widgets. Just scroll down on your widget page and you’ll have options to create more text and RSS widgets.

  Send in a note to Support with the request for the Amnesty widget. The forums are staffed by volunteers who don’t have any say in that sort of thing.
