Dynamically Assign Post to Category

    Does anyone know how I could have posts dynamically assigned to a particular category based on dynamic content within the post? For example, I have a site where people advertise services and include their Skype or Yahoo status (online/offline) in their post. I would like to have a category that would contain those posts that show the person as online. And when they go offline, they should be dynamically removed from the category.
