  There is no upgrade that you can purchase form WordPress.com that provides the ability to install a shopping cart of a free hosted WordPress.com blog. Our WordPress.com blogs cannot be equipped for e-commerce transactions. WordPress.org installs can be. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
