  I have a photo website with 28 galleries. On 2 pages when I click on add to cart a generic box opens without the ability to select the print size or quantity. How do I fix this ?

  https://sradom.wordpress.com/ is an empty site with only a “hello world” post dated 2011. It sounds like you’re talking about sradom.com/sandyradomphotography.com which are hosted by GoDaddy. WordPress.com staff have no access to that site. You need to ask: https://wordpress.org/support/
