  You cannot use it on any wordpress.com blog. You need a wordpress.org http://wordpress.org install to use it.

  The only blogs that can be equipped for eCommerce are those with the $299. per year business upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/ecommerce/

  Otherwise, what you want to do cannot be done on a site hosted by wordpress.COM. For that type of functionality, you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.

  Be aware that there is no FTP access to wordpress.COM hosted blogs like that site linked to your username and no upgrade changes that reality.

  You cannot upload any custom themes or third party themes or create your own theme here. You can do that only on wordpress.ORG installs on paid hosting.
