    Hi there, all WordPress.com upgrade plans are usually paid for the entire year in advance or two years if available.

    If you wish to change to monthly payments, click the down arrow at the right in the checkout cart next to the annual plan. There you’ll be able to switch to the monthly plan (which is significantly more costly for an entire year, BTW).
