  We haven’t installed any plugin yet, but I don’t see the plugin menu. Can someone please help me make it showing up. Thanks!

  There is no plugins menu on wp.com:

  Before you proceed too far, please read about the differences between the two kinds of wordpress: .COM and .ORG

  It’s possible to move your content and your links y using the export/import functions.
