  I never got my e-commerce added to my site im which I paid for. Also there’s none of my products added to the site.

  I never got my e-commerce added to my site im which I paid for.

  It sounds like you’ve got another account. Can you log out, then log in with the account associated with that site? You should be able to log in with the email address that got a receipt. If that isn’t working, though, could you share a link to the site? We’ll check it out and point you in the right direction for support.
