This is a serious issue because I renewed my plan today and Im wondering why it has not reverted back to http://www.juliadilorenzo.com e-commerce site

  • Good Morning –

Thanks for getting in touch. I’m looking at the site and account now. Will report back soon!

  • Looking at the account I can see there are 2 domains, and a monthly business plan. I’ve connected awickedrose.com to the monthly business plan. If that was not the correct domain to connect to the plan just let me know and we can swap it for the other one.

Now, you’ll need to update the primary domain on the account so that folks see awickedrose.com in their browser bar rather than the free site awickedrosecom.wpcomstaging.com.

Your primary site address is the domain that people will see in their browser’s address bar when they visit your site. It is the address you use to promote your website. With a WordPress.com plan, you can set a custom domain as the primary site address. Without a paid plan, all custom domain(s) on the site will automatically redirect to your free .wordpress.com or .wpcomstaging.com site address

All of the upgrades on your account can be managed from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

Last thing. Not sure if y’all have a custom email solution on your roadmap for this project? I didn’t see it on the account yet and wanted to make sure you had this information. Custom email is an easy and affordable way to enhance your communication. Custom emails look professional, they build trust, and enhance your overall brand. Let me know if you have any questions about setting that up.
