    What is the difference in an e-commerce WordPress site vs. a WordPress site with the Woocommerce plug-in?

    Hi there,

    A WordPress site with the WooCommerce plug-in is an eCommerce WordPress site. WooCommerce is just the specific eCommerce platform that you could use to create your store. However, there are several other eCommerce platforms that you can use that are not WooCommerce (Big Commerce, Shopify, etc.) and some of them also have plugins that you can use.
