  Go to https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions
  Scroll down to:
  Block Emails
  __Block all email updates from blogs you’re following on WordPress.com
  disable the setting and then click “Save Notification Settings”.

  Make sure that setting is disabled.

  If you do not succeed make sure you are running a browser and version of it found at http://browsehappy.com or upgrade, if required.

  If you do not know which browser and version of it you are running go to http://supportdetails and post the browser and version of it you are using here.

  Then type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up.
