  How do I create an email?

  Hi there!

  Hope you are doing great.

  I assume you want to create an email for your website like “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”. There are two ways to achieve this:

  You can use a third party service like Zoho or GSuit

  You can use Email Forwarding

  I would like to add here that you can create a custom email for custom domains only. The URL you have sent seems to be a subdomain of WordPress.com with which you can not create a custom email.
