e mail address

    the link from the website to my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) works but when I reply form this email address to the client it does not work and keeps on returning with message delivery failure .
    can this please be rectified . thanks Heidi

    Hi there!

    I understand you’re replying from your email account, correct? Since your email address is not provided by us, we are unable to help with this. Looking at your domain’s DNS records, it seems your email service is provided by 123-reg. Please get in touch with them (or the email service provider) so that they can look into it.
