E-mail address still attached to deleted blog

I have deleted my blog. However, now when I comment on friends’ blogs, I am still signed with my blog name which I do not want to be. Since I have already deleted my blog, how do I ensure that my e-mail address is no longer linked with my blog name.

You can change the link from your username to the deleted blog and link it to your active blog instead quite easily. Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Website‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog and then save changes.
Now every time you sign into the forum we can all click on your username and your blog will be linked to it. And every time you leave a comment on a blog your username can be likewise clicked and your blog can be instantly located.
Do note that this is not a retroactive change.The comments you make after the change will reflect the change. But all comments you previously made will be linked to the deleted blog and that cannot be changed.
