E mail address won't work

    I purchased an email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) from Go Daddy who supplied the domain name as wordpress, which hosts my site, does not supply emails. But it does not work I have been trying to get it going for a week now.

    Go Daddy say that it is not configured properly by WordPress.com but there is no way I can check the configuration because there is simply a drop down box to select Go Daddy as the provider of the email and it says the configuration will be done behind the scenes.

    Please can someone help!!
