  I have changed my e-mail address and can no longer log-in into my WordPress account and thus not able to change my Account Settings. How can I log back into my blog and gain access again?

  Hi David,

  I think what you are looking for is the Account Recovery Form. You will be asked some questions to prove you are the owner of the account and then staff will be in touch with you to get you back into your account.
