Hi, I have requested my e-mail to be changed from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff). However the page isn’t updating this request. I have confirmed the link sent to me already. Please help. Thanks

@propinvestworld, I can see a number of successful email changes for your account, including one for the address you wanted, but you subseqently changed it to something else.
When you request an email change, we send an email to the new address, which you need to confirm. Once that’s done, the change is complete. In your case, you confirmed the correct email, then changed it back, then submitted a request to change it again to the one you wanted, which is now sitting as pending. I’d therefore recommend you check your new email account for the confirmation and complete the process.
@gamenology1, that is incorrect. If a user posts a correctly formatted email address, the staff can see it, but it is redacted from public view. In this case it was very useful for propinvestworld to do so, as we can assist them much more quickly.
