    Im trying to change my e-mail, but i don’t receive the confirmation. What can i do?

    I am not sure 100% what you are looking for but here is the support document on how to change your email address. If you don’t get the confirmation check your spam folder.

    Change Your Email Address

    You can update your email address in your Account Settings, or in your Personal Settings under Users → Personal Settings in your dashboard.

    Once you’ve entered a new email address and saved the change, you’ll receive two emails: one email will go to the original email address on the account as a notification of the request and the other will go to the new email address with a confirmation link. You will need to click the confirmation link to complete the process to change the email address.
