E-Mail Follower

  As I started my blog I invited two persons per E-Mail to follow my blog, because it was a private blog. Then I got an E-Mail that they were following me. After I changed the Settings to “public” instead of private I have never got an E-Mail that someone is following me, even though a lot of People told me that they clicked on the follow button in my Footer and “signed up” to follow the blog. Futhermore they aren´t listed in the E-Mail Followers
  Sorry my English isn´t that good, I hope you understand my problem :)
