E-mail followers

  I have 152 e-mail followers. Does it mean that each article is followed by 152 persons? If so, why their views are not counted?

  Your email subscribers don’t have to click into your blog to view the post they already read in email so there is no page view stat created. That’s why my RSS feeds on my blogs are set to “summary” here > Settings > Reading

  For each article in a feed, show
  __Full text
  __Summary
  “save changes”

  Also note that likes and shares are misleading when you are talking about page view stats. Your followers and anyone with a WordPress.com blog who is logged into WordPress.com can “like” and “share” your posts in several locations such as the Reader without ever clicking into your blog and creating a page view stat.

  Hi, I am only able to see the followers who already have a wordpress accounts, but for some reason, the other who do not have a wordpress account and are following my blog via email, i cannot see? why? or how can i see who and how many are recieving emails?
