  Upon a new post I want that my e-mail followers receive only a notification and NOT the entire post

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi!

  This can be adjusted two ways:

  1. You can set the setting under Settings -> Reading -> “For each article in feed” to “Summary” versus “Full Text”. This will limit the text in email notifications. You can read more here:

  2. You can use the “more” tag to manually break up your content:
