E-mail for old account?

I’m sending this via my sister’s old wordpress account, as that is the only one I can gain access to. (Don’t worry– I asked for her permission.)
A LOOOONG time ago, I had a WordPress account on this website under the username of ‘camwoodstock’, and need help re-signing into it. I forgot what e-mail was used to sign up with it, but since I need to reset the password as I forgot it, there’s a problem. And, in a worst-case scenario, that e-mail might need to be changed, since the e-mail account might have actually been de-activated.
I would like to know how I could figure out what e-mail is associated with the account, and, if it is what I think it is, if it can be potentially changed to something else, or at the very least, if the password on the account can be set to a temporary password so I can log into it and change that information.
…oh! And, if you must know, the old blog’s name was simply this: http://www.camwoodstock.wordpress.com

The staff can send a new password request to the email address of the account. Hopefully you can receive it. Otherwise how would anybody know you are the actual owner of the account? I believe what you are saying, but to simply provide a password to ‘anybody that asks’ would be a breach of security.

I can prove it, but only via means not listed in the account recovery system. Namely, things are mentioned on that blog that I very much do have access to, among other things.
