I host my domain name through wordpress, but my site is through squarespace. My e-mail is down and my site can’t be reached so I believe it’s through your system. I think it might be because of invalid payment information, but I just updated it so it should be good to go.
Is there anything I should do past updating my information and waiting?

3. It seems as though it was purchased in August of last year, however It could be later.It says that my domain name needs to be renewed, however I when I click on it, it takes my to the upgrade now page. When I go through that it doesn’t show my hoycreative.com url.

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.

This is definitely the account that i used to purchase the domain name. It contains a notifications for the expiration of the domain and also has the receipt for its purchase, which was August 27th, 2015. However, the issue is still that i’m unable to directly select that domain name and renew it.

How long is the usual response time from someone who can help me, outside of giving advice? This isn’t an issue that I can wait on. Is there a hotline I can call?

There is no such thing as a hotline. We all wait in the queue for Staff to respond to threads tagged with modlook. Staff will respond to all threads with datestamps prior to this one in datestamp order and work their way forward to the most recent one as would be expected. They have a backlog so be patient.

I know that you have very little at stake in this issue, so I understand your repeating, “be patient.” Since this is my business, and I’ve already had multiple complaints from customers about my e-mail being down I apologize if I’m a bit antsy.
Any sign of when my issue would be dealt with I feel is a reasonable expectation. If that’s not the case, I will absolutely wait. Hopefully, before I lose any clients.
