E-mail issues

    I was in the chat yesterday just about all day trying to correct my email address each time I tried the steps that were Prius WordPress technician specialist suggest it for me to do I tried six times and each time I log back in to see if the changes been made and each time it shows the wrong email address is a chat it with the specialist and ask if they could correct the problem within their system. They replied that they would take care of it so today I’m trying again in the wrong address. Email address is still in the system. What can I do about the problem because it’s not on my end it’s in your system the system will not change, so can you check it and see what’s going on? The Correct email address (email visible only to moderators and staff)
