E-mail management totally messed up when i registered my domain to wordpress
-
I mapped my existing domain from dreamhost and lost all control and access to my emails on dreamhost. I don’t want wordpress to manage my e-mails, i want dreamhost to do so. I refuse to pay more for a google app just to read and send e-mails. I have heartinkpress.us set up just fine and didn’t have to map my domain to gave it for my wordpress site. But now i had to map redarrowresidency.org to have it for that wordpress site. As a result i now have zero access to my e-mails. I can’t send a .redarrowresidency.org from gmail, and I can’t even get it to use dreamhost webmail. It just goes to redarrowresidency.org instead of the webmail manager. I’ve tried all the DNS and have gotten no where.
my blog url should be redarrowresidency.org it didn’t show up in the options.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We can point the emails back to Dreamhost, even with the name servers pointed here at WordPress.com. Visit your Domain Mapping settings here:
https://wordpress.com/my-domains
Click “Edit” next to redarrowresidency.org, then choose the Edit DNS tab.
Here we’ll need to add MX records that point any emails recieved at redarrowresidency.org back to your Dreamhost email services. No further upgrades or charges required.
However, the MX records required will vary on each domain. Dreamhost has instructions on how to find your MX records here:
http://wiki.dreamhost.com/MX_record#Finding_MX_records_for_regular_DreamHost_mail_service
Once you’ve found those in your Dreamhost domain settings, enter them in here at WordPress.com. After saving those MX records, email will begin functioning again within about 4 hours.
