Hi there,
Are you receiving other email notifications from WordPress.com, for example notifications of followers and comments, or notifications of new posts on sites you follow?

emails still goes to (email visible only to moderators and staff). We don’t use this account anymore. That guy let our company. The mails should come to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Although, I arranged it like that from the system, it does not work.

Hi there,
Thanks for the extra information. So, there are two users on your site, consaltumgul and consaltum.
consaltum is the username that owns the site, so by default email notifications go to that account’s email address.
If you want the notifications to come to your email address instead, you need to specify it in the contact form builder.
Please edit your contact page here:
https://consaltum.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=217&action=edit
Click on the code for your contact form, and click the contact form button at the top. Then click the email tab and add your email address there. Save and update the post, and new contact form submissions should go to your email address from then on.
Please let me know if you need any more help with this.
