E-Mail notification no longer works

Hello,
I have a very strange problem with my WordPress account, and I get no more emails when I comment with my account in a blog (for example at http://stadt-bremerhaven.de). Until recently, everything worked wonders.
It is not at the used e-mail address, it goes with none. And it seems only to my account “elknipso” to lie. When I create a new account, the e-mail notification via e-mail works wonderfully as before, even if I use there the same mail address I use normally. So it seems to be a problem, which concerns only my original own account. I’ve been through the settings several times, I have no idea what it could be and what I could still try.
Do you have another idea? And no, the option “Block all email updates from blogs, which you follow on WordPress.com” in the WordPress login under emails blocked I have not accidentally activated :).
Thank you for your help and ideas, I really do not know what more I still try and where I could still look.

ich habe ein sehr seltsames Problem mit meinem WordPress Account, und zwar bekomme ich keine E-Mails mehr wenn ich mit meinem Account in einem Blog etc. kommentiere. Das hat bis vor kurzem noch alles wunderbar funktioniert.
Es liegt nicht an der verwendeten E-Mail Adresse, es geht mit keiner. Und es scheint nur an meinem Account „elknipso“ zu liegen. Wenn ich einen neuen Account erstelle, funktioniert die E-Mail Benachrichtigung per Mail wunderbar wie vorher, auch wenn ich dort die gleiche Mail Adresse verwende die ich normal verwende. Es scheint also ein Problem zu sein, was nur meinen ursprünglichen eigenen Account betrifft. Ich bin schon zig Mal durch die Einstellungen durchgegangen, ich habe keine Idee mehr woran es liegen könnte und was ich noch versuchen könnte.
Habt ihr noch eine Idee? Und nein, die Option „Alle E-Mail-Updates von Blogs blockieren, denen du auf WordPress.com folgst“ im WordPress Login unter E-Mails blockieren habe ich nicht Ausversehen aktiviert :).
Besten Dank für eure Hilfe und Ideen, ich weiß wirklich nicht mehr was ich noch versuchen und wo ich noch suchen könnte.

@elknipso can you let me know what email you were expecting with this account? You are subscribed to new comment notifications, but this account doesn’t have any active sites.

Ich nutze den Dienst primär auf der Webseite von http://stadt-bremerhaven.de ich habe nun mal unter diesem Artikel: http://stadt-bremerhaven.de/auswertung-umfrage-des-monats-kostenloses-eu-roaming-wird-von-unseren-lesern-gern-genutzt/#comment-804050 einen Kommentar hinterlassen. Wie man auf den Screenshots sehen kann habe ich die Benachrichtigung aktiviert, aber es kommt keine E-Mail bei mir an bei der ich die Benachrichtigung aktivieren soll so wie es vorher der Fall war, und ich erhalte auch keine Benachrichtigungen.

@elknipso OK, that’s a self-hosted, self-maintained copy of WordPress.org, which is free software rather than our service. In this case, the comments for that site are not managed with your account here at all.
You can ask in the forums for self-hosted sites though:
