E-mail notification to subscribers not working
-
My e-mail subscribers did not receive an e-mail notification that I’d published a posting on my blog yesterday. Any suggestions as to what to do? Is this a blip that happens once in a while, or a sign of something suddenly gone awry?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sometimes there is a delay and also note that the subscribers themselves choose how often they get an email. “When readers subscribe, they’ll get an email update (either immediately, daily, or weekly, depending on the frequency they choose) when you write new posts on your blog.” http://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscriptions/

Thanks. Would a day or more delay be normal? The problem definitely doesn’t relate to the subscribers – I’ve checked with a couple of them (they didn’t change anything) and also I didn’t receive the confirmation e-mail that I usually receive which indicates the posting has been sent out….

I cannot provide any assistance with this. Your feed is working properly http://distancemediation.ca/feed/ If you believe something is not working correctly with email notifications re; blog subscriptions then you will have to report the issue to Staff. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

OK. Thank you for trying! I’ll try one more posting first and see if that gets sent out to subscribers. In the meantime, if anyone else has a suggestion, please let me know.

There are no other suggestions we Volunteers can provide. All technical issues requires Staff intervention.
