E-mail piping from Gmail mail account not forwarding emails

  I am not sure what I configurations are not correctly assigned for a SupportCandy ticketing app that I have created on my WordPress site. I am able to connect successfully to my Gmail account, but nothing is being forwarded to be piped. Please help me.

  It looks like https://internal.kandfllp.com is a self-hosted WordPress site, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You would need to reach out to your theme/plugin developers or the hosting provider for further assistance.
