e-mail subscriber not receiving e-mails

One of our e-mail subscribers is not receiving e-mail notifications of any new posts. We have checked all the person’s folders, including junk and spam. Most (the ones I can verify) subscribers are correctly receiving the e-mails.
Although she has received the e-mails in the past, the subscriber has no previous e-mails from which to investigate her subscriptions. So, we are stuck!
Where can I get help with this problem?

If this person is NOT following your blog via a WordPress.com account, she should be able to view and manage her subscriptions from this page: https://subscribe.wordpress.com/ If she doesn’t see your blog on that page, she could have accidentally unsubscribed at some point and will need to resubscribe.
If the person is a WordPress.com user, they should check their email notifications settings, both in the Reader and in their account settings: http://en.support.wordpress.com/following/#change-your-email-settings
