e-mail subscribers

I posted today and it was not automatically shared with FB and it was not e-mailed to my subscribers? How do I manually e-mail to subscribers and how do I fix this problem for future posts?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi. Do you personally know any of your subscribers? Have they verified their spam folder (in case the notification ended up there)?

I had this same problem on Monday with my subscribers not getting the email notice of post and I posted my question of how to fix this…and notify them as quickly as possible, in the Support section. Spam folders are not the problem.

Has there been an answer to your question? I tried searching the support forum, but couldn’t find relevant information.

No, no answer or response at all to my post in support so far. Here’s the link to where it’s posted in Support.

Well, hopefully they have the problem ironed out. I posted again today and I plan on checking with my subscribers. Hoping for the best!

@bitsandbreadcrumbs: Posting in the “Support” section is almost the same as posting into the “Questions” section. Were you trying to contact WordPress.com support? If so, try this instead:

We had an issue with the email system around that time, and I can’t find anything else that would have prevented the email.
Future posts should work properly.

Thank you macmanx. I plan to post again tonight so we shall see. @airodyssey, I wasn’t sure where to post my question about why my subscribers didn’t get the email and default was support. I found this similar question here and was hoping it would be answered one way or another. Where would you recommend posting a question like that? I’d like to know for future reference. Thanks!

@bitsandbreadcrumbs: I was just puzzled because your question was posted in two places, when one would suffice. That’s all :-)
