E-mail subscribers dropped drastically
-
Hi,
Recently I changed my blog from WordPress.com to WordPress.org, but my e-mail subscribers got lost in the process, dropping from about 1000 to 61 as from this moment.
I transfered those 61 with Jetpack hoping it would bring the others, but I was wrong. :(
What happened to the hundreds that disappeared?

Hi,
If you don’t get any answers from the rest of the members, then you can type they “modlook” tab on the side of this thread in order to get a moderator or staff look into your question. -
Hi @catarinaaragon, your old stats number included Facebook followers who were connected through Publicize. While I don’t think that number will appear in your stats on WordPress.org, you can still publish out to those followers using Jetpack.
I’ve verified all of the WordPress.com followers and email followers have been properly transferred. I hope that helps!
