E-mail subscription URL

Now that I’ve switched to the Morning After theme, I have a header link titled “Subscribe” and instead of an RSS feed URL (since that link is already on the header), I’d like to have the click on that take the user to the e-mail subscription page, but I can’t find how that’s available other than a sidebar widget. I know most of my subscribers prefer e-mail, so this would be a nice feature if anyone knows the URL to put with the subscribe header link?

Hi. To my knowledge, there’s no URL per se to subscribe… just a widget or the grey admin toolbar on top for existing WordPress.com users. I tried narrowing down the URL used for the WP.com subscribe feature, but then realized it is dynamic (it contains a value which changes constantly).
If you really want to link your Subscribe button in The Morning After to some kind of email subscribtion service, you can use an external service like Feedburner (which provides you with an actual URL you can use).

I’m using the same theme and wanted the same thing. I didn’t find it, either, and I guess now I know why.
