e-mail subscriptions not working

    I have had several people tell me that they have tried to subscribe to my blog but they never get alerts for new posts. I checked my dashboard and saw that none of them were listed as subscribed or pending. I tried to test it myself by subscribing from a different computer. When I tried, I received an email asking me to click a link to confirm. When I clicked the link it took me to a page that listed my subscription to the blog, but at the top it says “Your subscription has not been activated” Why am I getting this message? Why ins’t the subscription feature working?

    I was able to successfully subscribe to your blog with a few different email addresses that I tested. Can you send support a screenshot showing the entire browser window so we can take a closer look at what you are seeing?
