Here is the information that Microsoft say I need if the IP address is not static:
“If the IP address isn’t static, please let me know the fully qualified domain name where the website is hosted instead. I will use the info to create the necessary DNS records in Office 365 to point to my site.”
Thanks

Hi Grace, Those are not the fully qualified domain name. See below from the Office 365 and the error message:
Set up Office 365 and keep your website where it’s hosted today
What’s the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) you received for http://www.consulttoyou.com?
We’ll use it to create the necessary records.Note: The fully qualified domain name isn’t consulttoyou.com. It’s the address that the company that hosts your website gave you.
Type the fully qualified domain name you received from the company that hosts your website, and click Check now. We’ll check that it’s correct.
Check now
Example: host.websitecompany.comWarning This doesn’t look like the right fully qualified domain name for http://www.consulttoyou.com. Contact the company that hosts your website and ask them to confirm that this is the right address.
