e-mail trouble of notifications…again

    I have put an e-mail to this friend to find out where it was sent from.
    But it did not make it to my e-mail. It did make it to the post site, the Dashboard ‘All comments’ on the left, and the ‘notifications cue’ on the right.

    Thanks, I think we’ve got enough information to duplicate this now. I’ve let the developers know, and I’ll let you know when I find out more. In the meantime, you can use the notifications icon to see all comments for all of your sites. Cheers!

    Any progress?
    I’m getting spotty e-mails from folks.
    I haven’t seen any improvements.

    And no response to this:
    I do have another question about the change in how at the bottom of a comment area one used to be able to switch to their different sites –
    so say if I am at my Gems site but I have just visited a fiction post and I want someone if they click on my icon to get to my fiction site. I used to be able to just go to my various sites that showed up when one clicked ‘change’ but that doesn’t seem to work anymore. That is if they had more than one site… I am not the only one to have more than one site). As that hasn’t worked in a long time, but I’ve learned to just live with that. Is there a forum for that issue?

    To clarify, are you talking about the site that is linked from each comment?

    I think so. One used to be able to, when we commented at another site switch between all the blogs they had or put in the list that held at least five different spots at one time including a link to a non-wp blog.

    This one goes to my strands site, but I had to manually copy and paste it from my blog URL. If I want to have it go to another one of my blogs I have to delete the current URL and copy and paste the one I want. It used to be that all the blogs you put in stayed in a list and you could chose which one you wanted the particular post comment link to go to.

    No worries. I thought it was worth repeating. Thank you.
    I know ‘you’ folks are busy. And I don’t mean to be a nag…
    Just sometimes when changes are made to one area they do affect or effect other areas.

    OK, yeah that comment field will show your primary site. Links in comments are meant for helping others best reach you, and not so much for showcasing different sites.

    You can change your primary site here: https://wordpress.com/me/account

    Then you can make easy links to your other sites from the primary site using widgets or a menu:
