e-mail update fail (tried all the helps)

  Hi, I’m trying to update my email address (changing from an @gmail.com address to an @u.northwestern.edu address. The system isn’t allowing me to update the address. The new address isn’t used for any other WordPress sites. Please advise, and thanks!
