E-Mails Unlinked – URGENT

    Accidentally created an inbox with another hosting platform that unlinked all my 12 existing e-mails. Now every e-mail that is sent to us is bounced back with a notification that the inbox does not exist.

    I have since deleted that new inbox but my e-mail addresses are still lost in the ether of the web. How can we relink with those e-mails without losing any data in the process??

    Hi @magicwasteyouth,

    Is this for your magicwasteyouthfoundation.org domain? If yes, you’ll likely need to update your domain DNS records for your email host. Since this site isn’t hosted with WordPress.com however, I’m unable to take a closer look.

    Please keep in mind, these forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.com managed hosting. If your site is hosted elsewhere, help is available in the WordPress.org forums.
