Your username is linked to your primary blog. That being the case any signature links in addition to it are redundant and considered to be spam.

You can create the signature (not your real one of course!) as an image. You upload the image into a draft post and then you copy and paste the code onto to bottom of each post.
A signature can be an image that you link to. You can capture an image and upload it, link to it and display it in a text widget.
For creating links in a text widget see:

NOTE http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/#adding-an-imageYou can upload image files by clicking the Add Media button right above the editing area of a page or a post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-media/
You can also upload new files to your Media Library using Media → Add New. http://support.wordpress.com/media/media-add-new

If you prefer to you can create a text link instead of an image signature link.
All support documentation is found here http://support.wordpress.com
This is the guide for creating links in posts and pages: http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/This is the general link model:
<a href="URL HERE">Highlighted anchor text here</a>
This is the visual result – it’s not actually linked.
Highlighted anchor text here1. Enter the anchor text you want to link to first.
2. Then use your mouse to highlight that anchor text. (If you don’t highlight the anchor text the chain icon will remain grayed out and not be useable.)
3. Next click the chain icon in the editor and proceed to create the link.More here > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2013/05/20/creating-html-hyperlinks-links-in-wordpress/
