  Hi there, Ad revenue sharing via WordAds https://wordpress.com/support/wordads-and-earn/ is only available from the Premium plan and up. You cannot use any other ad program unless you are on the Business or Ecommerce plan.

  Additionally, Staff have advised that you’ll need thousands of site views per month in order to earn any significant income via WordAds.
