As a blogger on WordPress.com you can earn money using WordAds-the official WordPress.com advertising program available for site/blog owners.
There are 3 paid plans on WordPress.com: Personal, Premium and Business. You can upgrade to any of these plans to monetize your site/blog using WordAds and start making money.

You do not have direct access to WordAds with Personal plan(like you do with the Business or Premium plans). You have to meet some eligibility criteria if you want to use WordAds with the personal plan. One of the eligibility criteria is a custom domain — which can be registered using this plan.

Ye koi fixed amount nahi hai, zyada bhi mil sakte hai kum bhi mil sakte hai. Bahot factors matter karta hai isme, jaise advertiser ne kitna pay kia hai advertisement ko dikhaane ke lie, konse position pe ad place hua hai, kitne viewers ne wo add dekha hai wagera wagera, so hum koi fixed amount bata nahi sakte. Sorry.

रुपए मिलने के बारे में तो कहीं कुछ साफ़-साफ़ लिखा ही नहीं है.
Conditions कई हैं but clearly कही से ये पता नहीं चल पा रहा है कि आखिर कितना पैसा मुझे मिलेगा? क्या condition होने पर ? -

If I don’t use wordAds then ?
If you are talking about earning through ads then i must inform you that third party advertising platforms like Google Adsense, OpenX, Lijit, BuySellAds, and Vibrant Media etc are not allowed on WordPress.COM sites.
If you are talking about other means of monetizing your site, then it depends on what are you doing to monetize your site.
1. Advertising – WordAds only.
2. Affiliate Linking – Contact affiliate link providers support site/team to know how you will earn through this.
3. Sponsored/Pre-Written Posts – Depends on you and the sponsor.
