Earnings are over $100, when does payout occur?

    This is the second time I have reached over $100 but I don’t have the option to pay it out to my paypal address I have linked.

    I forget how it works, if I remember correctly, isn’t there a button that I click on that begins the process of putting the money in my paypal account?
