Easily make all old posts private?
-
Hi all: There used to be a way to bulk edit old posts and change the privacy settings on large batches of them all at once. I’d like to make all of the old posts on my site private (but not delete them, so that I can still retrieve them myself); right now you can’t navigate to them from my homepage, because I don’t have a posts page in my menu, but you can still find them via search, old links, etc. Is there any way in the current WordPress interface to do this quickly and painlessly, or would I have to navigate to each of the 600+ posts individually and change their settings? Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @rebeccaheisman, there still is a bulk edit, actually! Here’s how to go about it:

Thank you! I had been going through the newer user interface you get by clicking “My Sites” and then “Pages,” which is different and doesn’t show the bulk edit option. Problem solved!
