Easy import of as-is MS Word text

If a large number of people write in Word, why can’t wordpress be accommodating to that? Maybe it is and I’m not looking in the right place for it.
I thought there’d be a way to duplicate my page as it already appears. What’s the closest I can get to that?
I don’t see any way to set the page width. My line spacing is out of whack too.
Is there any theme that’s best for this?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The closest you can get is to use Windows Live Writer, which is free to download. And it won’t mess up your blog.
