    Is there a service fee that wordpress charges people who pay through the paypal button on my website?
    Also, what is the payment process? When someone pays through my wordpress website, are they redirected to paypal to complete the payment? or is everything done through the wordpress website?

    Is there a service fee that wordpress charges people who pay through the paypal button on my website?

    No, WordPress.com charges nothing on providing the PayPal button function on your WordPress.com site.

    According to this support document, your website visitors will be redirected to PayPal’s website to complete the payment.

    And please take note that you’ll need to liaise with PayPal on any payment issues as WordPress.com does not process or handle any PayPal payments on your website.
